A passion for peppers and cat rescue
Howdy! We're a husband and wife duo who decided to pursue the dream of homesteading in late 2023 so we purchased undeveloped land in rural Madison County, Arkansas to start a farm and cat rescue. Growing peppers to make hot sauce had been a hobby for Caleb since 2021. Eventually enough friends and family said we should try to sell it at farmers markets that we decided to do just that and thus Butterfrog Farms LLC was established in January of 2024. Our goal is to be completely self-sufficient at the farm within a few years as we slowly build all the infrastructure to support ourselves and the business. We enjoy getting to meet folks through the farmers market community and hope you'll stop by our table soon!
